my bf and I were talking religion one day, and he busts out with "...like how I'm circumcised."

eek and i'm like "wtf, you are!?!?"

because i didn't know the difference, appearance-wise. all we got in sex ed were cross-sections and really dodgy ones. so sad.

so I'm thankful for this guild, it's helped me a lot XD

so this is just to say thanks, guys.

and how can I (tastefully) complain to my old high-school, do you think? they need to teach this better.

Hmm... maybe write an anonymous letter to your school? Or try talking to a teacher/the principal/someone with a lot of superiority and power?

i just realised how i can actively contribute XD i want to teach Japanese at my old school

so after a few years, i'm allowed to teach any subject i want, trained or not XD i love our system so i'll ask to teach health, or just sex ed XD

i'll make their tiny heads explode with all the good info. I don't want anyone to be unprepared like i was.

EDIT: our old principal was an idiot. I'd have more luck talking to her seccond-in-command. Thanks for the advice

Don't worry hun, I didn't know either. Even my fiance wasn't totally sure if he was or wasn't since he had no other point of reference. When in doubt, if part of it moves then he isn't. If nothing moves then he is.

I didn't exactly know the difference until I was about 16, almost 17. I was hanging out with some guy friends and they began talking about it. I then decided to look it up on the interenet. So, don't feel bad. I had a very good sex ed class and still didn't know. It's sort of like how they don't tell you that every v****a is different. They just assume you'd figure it out. (Which is wrong in my oppinion. )

I seriously thought sex ed was lacking.

I learned twice as much from this guild (thanks!!!).

I have absolutely no idea how to tell circumcised because I have no other reference point to compare my bf to. Which is probably a good thing....
