Ellandra blinked. "My hair really is the color of mud, Faolan why would you wish that on anyone?" she asked, honestly wondering what on earth Faolan seemed to find so pretty about her ordinary hair and plain grey eyes.

"Nae, it's softer than mud," Fao said, looking back at her. "Kinda like mouse or rabbit fur. Tha's sorta brown. I think it's pretty."

"A mouse?" Ellandra asked, blinking. "Are you saying I'm a mouse, Faolan?" The brunette followed her husband inside, an utterly fake pout on her face. "I'm not a mouse!"

"I know you ain't," Fao told her, resisting the urge (just barely) to hug her since he was still a little muddy. "Just sayin' your hair is th' color o' mouse fur. I like it." He headed up the stairs to their bedroom.

"I'm not a rodent nor do I resemble one!" Ellandra called after her husband as she followed him up the stairs, wanting to make sure he cleaned up enough.

"Touchy, touchy, wife o' mine," Faolan laughed, looking back at her with a grin. He motioned for her to follow. "Come, lover. Come help me clean up."

Ellandra giggled and moved up the stairs a little faster. "Well, I suppose I could help you . . . for the right price."
In her bedroom, Rhian edged the door open and peeked out. "I don't get it at all," she murmured to herself. "Faolan's naked all the time and he never gets in trouble for it!"
