I don't recall seeing a topic here, if there is one, my bad:
When did you first see Dragonball anything, and how many episodes did it take for you to really become so interested and a fanatic of it??
It kinda took me a while to actually like it as much as I do, now. I knew about it back when I was four, but never really sat down and watched it, til my oldest bro presented it to my mom and me ten years later. xp

I saw from ep 1 X_x I was bored, and just flipping channels...I thought it was a weird show, but when Yamcha was against the sabaiman, I was already very interested and wanted to know what happens ^^

Well I saw my first episode of DBZ on Cartoon Network in Lebanon. The first time I saw it, Vegeta was fighting Goku for the first time. I couldn't stop looking at the TV eek It was my first anime experience and I loved it. I'm kinda obsessed with DBZ right now sweatdrop you should see my room.

Oh yeah, I forgot to say it took me most of the Frieza saga for me to actually start liking the show. If my bro wouldn't've asked me to record the show for him, I never would've really watched it, I would've sort of forgotten about it after watching the first two sagas. 3nodding

I liked it first moment I saw it. I saw them all flying away from Dadoria and was like "What are they flying for? People can't FLY?!?" But as soon as they started fighting I was hooked. whee

My big brother and my bio teacher introduced it to me at roughly the same time 3 years ago. I hung out in my teachers room during lunch and she was watching an episode from the cell games and then that night at home my brother was watching it on TV, and I was like "what's with this strange TV show?" Then my teacher wanted to get me and my friend into it so she showed us the Trunks Saga and I was hooked. My bro then lent me all the CDRs he had of them, and I sat in front of the computer and just watched them straight through. I think I watched the entire Frieza fight in one sitting 3nodding
I was very confused at it first though, and I kept asking my brother how you told them apart and he went on to explain about how many bangs each character had sweatdrop Now I'm trying to get my friends into it, and they can't tell them apart and I'm just like "give it some time". They do know Trunks, though, because I don't have a roommate right now, so the joke is that Trunks is my roommate, since I have a giant Trunks plushie. heart
There's my long story, one more thing-I orginally thought there was three full-blooded saiyans: Goku, Vegeta, and Kakarot! (I didn't realize he was the same person as Goku)

i saw dragonball 10 years ago and i went so wild over it . the first episode i saw was when goku and the others get trapped in emperior pilaf's castle and they are making the wish to rule the world kind of thing.

The first episode I saw was episode 61. I saw Gohan. Then, DBZ came 3 times a day, so you couldn't miss it. That was awesome 3nodding

My dad liked to watch DBZ with me too, because he thought Goku was cool, and he would be Goku whenever he played Boudakai with me

The first time I ever really heard about it was when Bulma, Krillin, and Gohan had just gotten to Namek. My brother was watching it, but I didn't watch/listen cuz' I think I was doing homework. I didn't sit down and watch it until the episode where Goku turns SSJ for the first time. My brother was at football practice and had asked me to tape it for him. I had no homework to do, so I sat and watched it and found it interesting. Got me hooked.
