ive got an issue
SO i like this girl, lats say her name is pinky.
I am a lesbian. I am not yet out, and My best friend Pinky is obsessed with gay men. I love pinky and have for aobut two years now, but she is straight and is dating a guy. and they kiss. when I see her look at him i feel like I want to barf and cry cause she loves him but i want her to love me. I am happy that her and david are going out but I am so heartsick for pinky.

I have been in this situation (almost word for word). It took me about a year, but I did tell my friend that I really really liked her. She then told me that while she is glad that I told her she just wanted to remain friends. After this, I had about 2 weeks of feeling sad etc. but then I was fine, it was easier to move on.
moral of the story: Tell her. Have a girls' day out and tell her or send a letter. If she really is a friend, she will talk to you about it so that the two of you feel comfortable.
