You might have noticed that the Asari commando are damn deadly (try hem in insanity for fun)
Enough so that I thought:Hey...(ok, not THAT original) Would be nice to do a biotic using an assault rifle.
I'll post my exact build to get as close to the Asari commando powers, but they pretty much use every biotics anyway.
I simply thought that it might be interesting for some to go for something as close as to whatis considered as the elite fighters of the galaxy
