DA:O is a fun game, but it's a step backward from Mass Effect. I'm confident that DA2 is going to be much better.
Character wise it is much more deep...
And bioware said from the start is was a throwback to the baldur's gate age, somekind of tribute to these years
The way I see it.. Mass Effect < Dragon Age: Origins < Mass Effect 2
Of course that was the order they were released in so only naturally would they wanna make their next games better than the last. Dragon Age 2 will prolly be more epic than Mass Effect 2 till Mass Effect 3 roll in heh.
