Something terrible happened. Unexplainable symptoms have happened to you. First you went deaf, than blind, and last became a mute. How will you communicate? From a first person view, well duh it is you, describe your emotions, you strategy to communicate, your thoughts, and experiences.
(Note: You can't hum, vibrate your throat, your voice box is inactive)
And for more fun! Optional, you can't feel anything. Your ability to feel is gone!!!

Well since I cant see, hear, speak, or feel for some reason, I just taste my way around the kitchen till I find a metallic tasting object and stab myself with it till I cant taste my own blood anymore. The lack of feeling kinda makes it fun.

Shimerin Well since I cant see, hear, speak, or feel for some reason, I just taste my way around the kitchen till I find a metallic tasting object and stab myself with it till I cant taste my own blood anymore. The lack of feeling kinda makes it fun. Wow shimerin...sadistic much? XD Uhmmm welllll, I'd find a pen and paper which wouldn't be to difficult seeing as i know my way around my house backwards. I'd then begin to write down what was going on as best i could. And as for the no feeling one, well you may as well be dead because your ******** then sweatdrop

Total BS answer - I'd become DareDevil and get a law degree. Instead of using sound to figure out where everything is, I'll just use my nose. I WILL SNIFF OUT CRIME'S DIRTY ARMPIT AND CLEAN IT!
But really - Shimerin's answer makes me sad. >.<
How quickly did these symptoms come about? If it's instananeous and I just wake up one morning without my senses... I'd likely just lay there suffering from sense deprevation. My nose is normally stopped up from sinuses.
My thoughts - "I wonder why my alarm hasn't gone off yet. Let's see what time it is. Wow, it's dark. The electricity must have gone off from a... There couldn't have been a storm. Did mom pay the electricity bill? Where's my baby. I wanna cuddle him." I'd flail for my dog and unable to find him because I have no sense of touch. I'd likely make some weird noise from my nose, trying to clear it that would sound like a growl-snort-sneeze and then my dog would come to me and lick me in the face and I'd jerk back because I'd taste it when he licks my tongue (It's happened before. Naaaaasty taste.).
Then I'd kind of get the idea that I am fairly screwed without my senses. I'd get out of my bed, stumble over my shoes, stub my toes on my chair, hamper, and bedside table on the way to the main living room. I'd run against my closed door and be scratching at it to be let out - or beating against the door because I wouldn't be able to feel the door handle.
All in all, it'd be a horrible, horrible experience. >.<
... Once I lose the sense of feeling, what's the point of living? Might as well do what Shim does, honestly.
