It's critical for all players to realize that almost all of us can be reached on AIM, using the following screennames (If yours isn't here, PM me if you'd like it to be!):

Since we talk a lot on AIM, however, the GMs occasionally approve actions before they are posted, using AIM. These actions, though they appear to be autohitting, are not. To clarify this, if you have discussed the action with the GM and the GM has approved, you will highlight the action in question in blue. If you don't know what to highlight, be generous.
The GMs communicate fairly well, so we'll be ensuring that this system stays secure. If neither one of us approved it, and it's blue nonetheless, there will be hell to pay and your character will probably not survive.
Also, don't forget we have keys to the banmobile and I have always wanted to take it for a ride straight over YOU.

This was my idea, just for reference, arising from my realization (read: Bayer pointing out) that Sumitsu had no idea why the frenzy of ball-kicking occurred in the Nova Scotia conflict.

It's something that Bayer and I saw coming anyway. We rather anticipated it, but we never expected to have to actually address it this way.
Oh well. It works. And remember, I tend to force adherence to the rules much harder than Bayer does, so make sure to follow the rules.
