Yeah, the best deals on Yukata are just slightly before the summer matsuri (festival) season. Otherwise they could run nearly 100 dollars or even more depending on the quality. Jumbei are pretty cheap and I have a set I got in Harajuku and it was like 30 dollars or so. They are really like Pajamas though, they are worn by teens and older guys sometimes. They are a LOT cooler than wearing yukata particularly because with some, it feels like you aren't wearing a lot at all.
