Good luck to all of you! I know for a fact that only one admin is responsible and have the ability to unblock passes so that might be the reason why everything's taking forever. >.<

I've been disabled at least a year now-- maybe more. I've had NO contact from any moderaitors and they never bothered to tell me what was up when they shut down my pass. I just PM'ed a mod today. We'll see what goes down. Whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty? It's the internet, but this has to be a violation of some kind of right, na? Where's the fair and speedy trial? Where's the evidence-- you're supposed to share 'facts' uncovered. :T I wish more people were aware of this. I had so many things I'd bought with cash shop on this account, and now it's worthless. unfolding, Julia

i've gotten this message from a moderator today which is ridiculous because they have no reason for puting it on freeze.
Your account's trades have been frozen pending an ongoing investigation. Unfortunately Site Mods cannot affect the trade disables of users whose accounts are under investigation so I'm unable to assist with that at this time.
I must also mention that PMing multiple mods about the same issue takes attention away from other users who need just as much help as you do. In the future, please only PM one moderator per subject and he/she will respond as soon as he or she is able. - Lyca_Watyre Gaia Online Moderator

You should really make a thread in the SF; we'd all be glad to show our support and share our opinions in your thread. Maybe it'll garner enough attention to get your disabling lifted; it's happened before for members of this guild. 3nodding It doesn't matter whether you buy something or not with Gaia Cash, we are all treated the same... from what I've pretty much been told. And if in the end they should decided you need a perma-ban (or full ban); you will simply lose all your items/gold and account information. Whether you were guilty or not... as by this time they have pretty much stated you are.

AshKetchum23 I went to Contact us on the bottom of the page then went to customer service and filed a report about my trading pass being disabled and I got my trading pass back a few days after. I did that today. Hopefully the same outcome will happen to me. Though congrats on enabling. smile

AshKetchum23 I went to Contact us on the bottom of the page then went to customer service and filed a report about my trading pass being disabled and I got my trading pass back a few days after. Hi um my trading pass got disabled today 1/11/10 and I tried pming the mod back and writing reports of what happend saying mines got disabled cause i said "hello there" and by reading some of these comments I am getting more worried if i will get it back...... can u help me?

Kyrridwen I did the same thing- and nothing happened. my trading pass was disabled on July 17th 2009 and I still don't have it back. On top of that I contacted several Omni-mods and they all said the same thing... "Your pass was disabled pending an ongoing investigation. When the staff is finished, they will re-enable the pass and notify you regarding the outcome. I have no time estimate as to how long will take. Further inquiries/feedback forms on the subject will most likely be met with a similar or no response." This is really starting to piss me off...and I will not stop fighting for my trading pass-even if I have to sue Gaia for it... woot .. u go girl..
