This doesn't include people going afk. This includes people getting on vent for something, but then getting distracted from actually logging on WoW.

I am currently trying to get my bg partner, who I just introduced to Death Note, to log on to go pvp. He keeps saying "One more chapter...."

considering yelling at him "RAITO DIES! NOW LOG ON!"

I'm never logging onto my 2 Alliance mains again because one of my favourite members of the guild quit WoW due to it controlling his life (he was considering leaving his fiance for someone he met in game), and the rest of the guild constantly pressure me to be a tank.

I'm waiting to have enough money to afford a server and faction change.

i can understand changing server by why faction just because of that the same thing can happen to a horde player as well.

For me, I'd say it was because of Ulduar. The first week of that raid was rough as hell, a wipefest, literally. Come the next Tuesday evening and I was like "Geez, do I even need to be there? I'm willing to lose some gear drops for a month for this." That night I got on vent faking a cold and said I'd be back when I felt better. Thank god they didn't have to PuG anyone, I only missed on loot for one raid week.

LOL In my original guild one of the officers left her husband (also in the guild) and moved to Australia to be with one of the other officers. I think they were fooling around for... a couple yeras before she finally split. Her husband was a nicer guy than the other officer.

Hmm, for a while in that same guild I didn't want to log on because of this one family. The mother was the most useless priest ever, the father was such a horrible rogue it physically hurt me and the one son whispered me about EVERYTHING. It was bad. D:

Mine's not really 'funny' in my point of view, but I didn't long onto WoW cause I had my girlfriend over, and I had accidently left vent on. I don't use the push-to-talk button.. I go voice activated so my DPS doesnt get flipped up and down. Anyways.. My girlfriend and I were having a quicky, and they could hear EVERYTHING on vent. Then one of them finally spoke up and yelled.. "Dag! Quit ******** Spirit and get on!" Spirit is one of our guildmates.. (Spirit IS her name, BTW.) She's a mage. 3nodding
So anyways, I log on, she logs on, and we raid Ulduar. They couldnt stop joking all night about how they just heard us ********, and then a kid's mother got on vent and yelled at us, so the kid left the guild and his mother cancelled his WoW subscription, not before reporting us.. XD Blizz couldn't do anything about it, cause we were on vent. heart

Heh, i've been the same with Death note.

my guild leader needed me for a raid... pestured me on MSN being all "look we only nede you, one more healer, and that is you, please log on" I was watched Daeath note at the time and i was all .. "Look.. i..am.. .erm... cooking food!! I need to keep a close eye on it for another 20 mintues, i really can't raid yet..." I was on vent and got busted when one of the officers came upaking me to log on and i said "cooking.. can't... give me a sec" and he could hear my tv in tht background.. being a Death note fan himself he recognised the theme music XD
