The crew will narrow down submission and place the finalist for members to vote...or something like that... heart

We will be accepting submissions for a Halloween Avatar
Contest.... prizes will be awarded to First, Second and Third places.
(no fee to enter)
The Winners will be announced in the Next news Letter.
