My friend showed me the anime not too long ago and I instantly became obsessed. I can't even seem to find the webcomic >_>" can anybody link it to me..?

I was shown it by a friend, through the anime.
So I can't be one to say which I like better, as I have yet to read much of the manga.
But, it doesn't matter that much.
We all love Hetalia and that's what counts! <33

I've been a fan of Hetalia since before in anime, starting in
October '08. One of my friends was trying to get a big Hetalia
cosplay group together, which required... introducing a lot of
people to Hetalia in the first place. I was immediately on board
once she explained the series to me, since I've been a lifelong
history geek and Anglophile. I proceeded to read all of the
translated manga. I haven't watched much of the anime, except
for the episodes based on my favourite strips.

After the anime came out.
But I dont like hetalia anymore.
The pairings ruined it for me.

Before the anime came out, I knew about it several years ago, wasn't that interested about it then. It was only until I had told someone about it that I started obsessing over it more...Then it kinda exploded...like everything else in my mind.

Long long after the anime came out. My very first exposure to it was the Belarus and Ukraine episode, and even then I didn't actually look into the show for months.
I occasionally read scanlations of the non-main story, but only the ones that really have to do with characters I'm interested in.
I much prefer the anime because it gives it a sense of order, even if the selections are kind of random.
