_______________________________________________________________
Name: Hikaru
Nickname: Hi-chan
Gender: Male
Race: Humanoid Homunculus
Birthdate: 12/03/1829
Age: 180 years, with the face and body of an eight-year-old.
Blood type: O positive
_______________________________________________________________
Occupation: Being cute <3
Mode of Transportation: A bicycle; otherwise, whatever's convenient.
Hobbies: Learn new things, taking a catnap, get free stuff, traveling,
Motto: "Do you want to see what death looks like?"
Appearance: A young, round face, framed by thick rings of silky blue hair. He is unsure of his height, but it can't be more than four feet. He has skin the colour of porcelain, and pale pink lips, in contrast to his dark hair. His long-lashed eyes hold a forever innocent expression, and when he is in a cordial mood, they are the colour of light honey. His features are uncommonly delicate and small for a boy, but that's very much to his advantage. He has a sweet, lilting voice, and a bit of a lisp. When he is not pretending to be a girl, he dresses in plain, elegant black suits.
Personality: Oh, he was always such a sweet child. It didn't change when he became a homunculus, just as his darker counterpart didn't change. Cuteness and charm is a natural part of him, and he allowed it to grow. However, he was also gifted with a devious intellect, which gave him a slightly sadistic and manipulative edge. Oh no, of course you wouldn't notice it. He's very well-bred; he's always polite, and has a smile that reaches his eyes and makes men and women alike swoon, and he does have a kind heart. But he sadly also likes to get things for zero cost to himself. Yes, he is soft, but he despises the weakness of his heart. Is it any wonder that he isn't a human boy anymore?
Regarding his devious intellect: He was gifted from birth with incredible thinking capacity. He was a quick learner, and mature beyond his years. His self-control and direct logical thought process are something he prides himself on. He's an excellent example of mind over matter. However, he has great difficulty in doing things he simply does not believe in. In that, he is rigid. Also, his heart holds sway over his mind.
And then we come to his heart. It is, as Hikaru would phrase it, the one thing beyond his control. Rather, that thing has a good deal of control over him. When he feels sudden spurts of pity or kindness, he is more likely to act on those feelings. It was one of the main reasons he decided to stop being human. Obviously, it didn't work. He knows the human heart, yes, but he doesn't understand it, nor does he ever wish or hope to.
Background:
Hikaru was born in an aristocratic family; he doesn't remember the name of the family or where exactly they lived; it's been so long he has deemed them unimportant. Even the name he was baptized with is long gone now. They were unimportant to him- they were merely human, and had little effect on him who wasn't human. Nonetheless, he was the only male child of an incredibly wealthy and powerful family, and was treated as such. Precious, and the heir to vast fortunes. His manners and bearing were polished brighter than a teenage girl's mirror, and he was presented only in the best of company and sweetest of faces. Of course, it's quite obvious he didn't like it, but such polishing left his family with no doubts.
And Hikaru found his way out. Aristocratic families in those times were often very old, and one of his ancestors, who had, despite being written off as insane, provided a good deal of gold for the family. A project regarding a strange creature was in the dusty piles of notes and equipment that Hikaru found in his family crypt. The familial affection and life he currently had offered him nothing that he would care about losing; he may as well carry on his on interesting ancestor's unfinished business.
And within the year, a humanoid homunculus with a face sweeter than an angel's and a voice to match was born. Even on the day he was born, no human was killed. The reason is a mystery; it may simply have been that his self-control was more impressive than anyone thoughts, but nothing ever possessed him to eat a human. Poor, disgusting, pitiable creatures they were. The child left, and disappeared beyond all sight for the next century or so.
He reappeared recently in the confines of certain areas of Japan, occasionally conversing with both leaders of the Alchemists and the L.X.E. He would not reveal how, but he came across a kakugane early in his years, and because he has had a very long time to perfect his skills and knowledge, he is considered a threat. Which is why he's obtained a new and believable name as well, and goes out of his way to avoid trouble.

Kakugane Serial Number: XL
Name of Primary Kakugane: Angel's Requiem
Special Ability Of your Buso Renkin: A most unique and difficult to use buso renkin belongs to Hikaru. His angel-feather wings and violin set give him the ability of limited flight and long-distance attacks. His wings can take him just above the Tokyo Tower, and he can fly for about fifteen minutes before he has to rest. The violin buso renkin's powers are activated by music [it requires a tribute of blood once a year]. Since he has used the same for about two centuries, the violin is accustomed to his voice and pitch. It's powers and effects vary according to the song he sings/plays. His most commonly used ones are:
-Isolate Luminous: A sphere of blinding light is created, temporarily blinding and paralyzing the enemy.
-Zephyrus Art: Three small hurricanes surround the enemy, and inflict cuts and lacerations.
-Eos' Blessing: In a blaze of gentle light, wounds are healed. This can only be used on another person.
-Scintillant Dreamer: Causes the enemy to fall into a deep dreamless sleep.
-Flicker Dance: A ring of flames is conjured: slices and burns enemy.
-Seraphic Judgement: A bolt of light encases the enemy. Effect unknown, as the only creature that Hikaru has ever used this on was completely annhilated.
-Angel's Requiem: The song for which his buso renkin is named for. The effect is unknown, but Hikaru plays it often, although never in battle.
Please note: Hikaru is never the first to land a blow. He only fights when under pressure and his life is threatened. That last fool to battle him was crushed into nothingness. Also, Hikaru gets very tired after using his buso renkin, and will more than likely fall asleep right after battle, which is all the more reason why he fights with so much effort and his opponents generally end up dead. Hikaru has not yet mastered his buso renkin, even with his two centuries' worth of experience.
Image of your Buso Renkin: A pair of glowing white wings, and a feathery white violin.
Other Equipment: A rather unique closet, a fat wallet, and a library card.
