My favorite team to fight is Ein ( have to choose) + Fia ( heal and able to use almost what Ein can but can't use scyth ) + Serene ( wow she's as strong as Ein and can use almost what Ein can but can't use staff ). That's why I think they are good. What about yours ?

If it's jsut normal battles with demons.
Ein, Serene, Lina
IF its accursed.
Ein, Serene/Lina, Fia
sad I'm sorry but Cierra's agility of 5 just upsets too much. *Sniffles*
Then also I make sure what I am fighting against, so my team changes alot. biggrin

While I do alter my team for the situation, mostly I just use Attack Formation with Ein on the left, Serene on the right, and Lina in the back.
Serene is probably the best fighter in the group. She has decent aim, can use most of the items with multiple attacks, and her strength deals loads of damage. Lina is great in the back for she takes out the last demon line with her arrows while Ein and Serene work the front. She also has a level three overskill that does damage to multiple foes. Ein...he has to be there. If I could, I'd probably replace him with Cierra for most battles, though Disaresta is awesome for S-rank. I use it at the end of just about every battle (If he's there, then why not?). Also, he is an asset for any battle requiring holy and he's good on basic physical attacks. He's also much faster than Cierra.
As for the other two, Cierra's slow and doesn't have a lot of element selection. Mostly it's just fire. She also has very few physical attacks. Fia I keep out of battle as much as possible. With a weak attack and little virtility, her only strength is her healing abilities. If you're good at getting S-ranks and have been diligent in training mode, then there is no need to heal your team. Your characters are much stronger than their foes. Therefore, there is no point in using Fia unless she gives you a major type advantage like in the battles against Archangel and Hades.

Serene - Cierra and Ein or Serene - Ein and Fiathat's all. never use Lina for long
