I'm currently trying to learn how to play twelvetuplets cleanly on the sax for honors all district band. Its hard as crap! If anyone has any tips let me know.

I might not play sax, but i do play a woodwind instrument. You might want to get a book full of fingering excersizes and work your finger agility or you can practice them at a slow pace then slowly speed it up. That's how i usually practice them. Good luck on your district band try outs! =D

Play the music over and over and over again. Use a softer reed then normal if you are having problems getting the notes out but you are tonging fast enough.

Slurred is so much better for me personally. I hate tonguing so often. I never master double tonguing either. Now you just have to move your fingers REALLY fast. Good luck!

yeah i can't double tongue on sax but i also play 2 brass instruments(Tuba and baritone) and double tonging is easy on them

Aw man...hm...I'd just say practice makes permanent. Take the tempo slower first, then gradually speed it up.
