Never went to those (I can't stand going into a game place with random people walking around, one of the reasons I stay away from MMO games), but the term 'Overseer' makes me think of some 'utopia' ruthlessly controlled by a single person. =p

The overseer is the Clam thingy in the Aquarium.
I just click on the prize wheel or whatever, then do something else...and then just exit after I get the goods.

Wait, how'd we go from that Garden of Venus to Aquariums? >_> Are they the same thing? Are there special prizes in ALL the boxes of cereal and no 'mail in boxtops and money' prizes!? There are, aren't there!? O_o You horders, stop hording all the decoder rings! =_=

Yeah, those things were back in the 80's or something. Only saw one once when I was little, and that was in the 90's. XP
