I like your hair placement. You know, the hair clumps and all that? I'm pretty bad at that, but I keep practicing.

You have the face going very well!! C: One eye is just a bit higher than the other ( my weak suit D: )
The main thing you need to work with here are proportions, if you are trying to do a realistic instead of chibi-style drawing, you should be able to fit 6-8 heads into the characters body. The torso is a bit small, and the legs should be longer. Also work on gradualy shading folds and making them more... fluent?
(I did a quick red lines as a basic example, but I don't have my tablet or a good paint program so forgive me Dx
