Steamy water filled the room with a mist, cloaking both in little beads of what felt like sweat. In that water floated many items of purple and black, all drifting in and out of sudsy bubbles. Nadali, in her civilian clothing, was covered in these suds up to her elbows, and clearly had be playing in them.
As much play that could be involved in doing her laundry.
Looking over to Senka, she was glad the electric pokemon was as far away as possible, and couldn't project her shocks to well, because Nadali had a feeling she would be on the floor shaking if it were any other way. Looking back to her clothing, she started to rinse the uniforms, hanging them up to dry when they seemed clean enough.
However, just as she picked up her last clothing, just when she thought things went smooth, she got a jolt from across the room in warning from a now awake pichu.
"Senka...really?!" Nadali cried, sitting up and holding her racing heart. Water and electricity really didn't work well, at all.

Turning around, she glared at Senka, who glared back with a small charge going around her small mouse body. After a long staring contest, Nadali gave up and dropped the glare, turning back to her clothing to make sure nothing had been destroyed in the foolish attack. Thinking for a second, she than realized something, and quickly looked back to her partner. Senka was still glaring.
"Right...what's up Sen?" Nadali asked in a soft voice, waiting to see what the pichu wanted to warn her about. As far as she knew, no one else was around, no one had been there since she started washing her clothing. It was than, when she was completely focused and paying attention, that she heard it.
"Ching... ching ching-a-ling..."
It was a beautiful sound, ghost-like and echoing all around the room. Nadali was stunned she hadn't heard it before, her eyes glazing slightly as she smiled. It sounded like a furin, something she had seen all over her travels and had always wanted to purchase. However, there was no furin in the building, and no wind at all.
Turning back to Senka, after a few more moments of listening to the fading echos, she smiled to her partner, "Thanks for the warning, but it only seems to be a furin..."
"Ching... ching ching-a-ling..."

Senka let out another shock, larger than the one that went toward Nadali, and this one went from the creatures tail all the way to her lavender tipped ears. Blinking in response, Nadali thought it was because of the chimes still going on, but than she too felt them get closer. Unsure of what was happening, she turned around to the entrance of the building. Maybe, she thought, someone was playing a trick on her.
Was she ever wrong.
The creature seemed to appear out of no where, grinning with the natural rocket expression and singing to the room. Nadali realized with a pale face that this creature had to be wild, and was attempting to cause mischief.
However, what took her breath away was it's markings. She had seen some other Chimecho, and this one had many more markings and a darker base color. Remembering the rumors, and some confirmations, she added it all together.
"A Clone!" Exclaiming it with a surprise, she touched her belt and was pleased to find pokeballs. This pokemon had escaped, but wouldn't be running lose for long, "Alright Senka...looks like we have a battle on our hands!"

Senka was already standing at this point, stretching her short limbs and jumping to the ground. Her dainty paws moved around the drips of water before settling in front of Nadali, looking at the clone with dark eyes. In turn, the clone drifted lower in front of Senka, swaying with chime-like echos and grinning with dark eyes.
Both girls figured the creature was mocking them with that grin, and Senka quickly had her hair on end, static sounding in the room.
Silence was what filled it after that, and no one dared to move or breath. It was a long moment where both pokemon just stared at each other, Senka with a glare and the Chimecho with a smirk.
Than, the battle begun.
Chimecho let out a chime, sounding almost like a storm as it flew higher and started to glow. It's eyes were bright as it sent a mental attack toward Senka.
"Look out, it's confusion!" Nadali said with a cry, gasping as Senka was thrown back with a screech, "Oh no..." Nadali knew in the last fight, it helped when Ghastly touched Senka to activate her ability. Either Senka needed to fight, or they needed to get Chimecho to touch the spark-mouse.

Senka's eyes rolled a bit as she fell back, attempting to fight off the confusion. Standing, her paws fumbled on the ground before she shook her head, snapping out of it and glaring at the wild clone. Above, Chimecho chimed in pleasure from hitting the creature in front of it. It waved back and forth with a dark smirk, long fan drifting behind his body.
Senka, not pleased at all, waited a second with a staticy pelt.
"Senny...Thunderwave!"" Nadali yelled, hoping they could immobilize the creature so she could stop this battle.
Senka built up the energy a few seconds longer before crying out and releasing the electric charge toward the flying creature. Watching, they both waited a second as it surrounded the pokemon, holding their breath.
After a long second, Chimecho let out a loud ring and the electric energy broke away with a snap, leaving the pokemon unhurt and still smirking.
"Ugh!"
Suddenly, the Chimecho made a deep noise in its throat and flew toward Senka. It's long fan-like tail followed behind it as it circled around the pichu, before suddenly it wrapped the tail around and started to squeeze Senka.
"Is that...wrap?" Nadali cried out, unsure of how to respond. Senka's ability didn't seem to be working at the moment, which didn't make sense at all. Nadali had to do something, fast, or Senka would be toast.

Pondering a moment longer, Nadali did the only thing she could think of, "Senka, Thundershock!"
Holding her breath, the girl waited as her pokemon was squeezed tighter and tighter, the wild clone enjoying every moment of the pichu's displeasure. But, suddenly, Senka opened her dark eyes and they flashed with a new light, her whole body started to glow and the action taking the smirk off of the Chimecho's face.
In a sudden flash, both creatures were immersed in an electrical coat, the shock causing Nadali's hair to stand on end as she watched the exchange. Senka was pushed into a corner, and her response was bright and angry. It lasted for only a few seconds, but to all in the room, it seemed to last forever.
Than, it was over.
Senka, short of breath, watched as the Chimecho fell to the ground, eyes wide with surprise and no longer making the chime it had wanted. Nadali, taken aback for a second, quickly fumbled for a pokeball and threw it to the wild creature. It flashed and sucked up the Chimecho, shaking once, twice, and a third time before falling silent.
Senka fell to the ground, catching her breath and relaxing after the tiring battle.

Walking over slowly, Nadali picked up the pokeball with a tentative reach, unsure of what would happen when she grabbed it. As she did, the pokeball went back to it's smaller state, proving the success in the capture. Together, both Senka and Nadali smiled at the action, glad that the dangerous pokemon was finished.
"Well Senny...we did it...we caught our first pokemon together..." Smiling, the girl knew this would only be the beginning, but for now, she needed to dry her clothing and get her pichu someplace where the creature could heal.
