I find myself inquiring as to the use of old computer parts in a steampunk outfit.
One is a TV Tuner card, the other is a video card. I have no idea how they could be used.
Any ideas?

P.S.,
My outfit eventually will consist of welding goggles, an authentic Canadian flight suit form 1970, tan canvas-and-rubber boots, and a construction worker's/utility belt.
How could I incorporate the parts into this outfit?
