I think for our first contest, we should have something that anyone can participate in. Avatar contest is a possibility, but some people don't have enough gold to put together an avvy, or have some other reason not to participate. Art is awesome, but some (like me!) aren't very artistically inclined.

So maybe something to support the guild like getting new members, or posting..

Or a riddle contest, solve-the-case contest, scavenger hunt, etc.
