I'd really encourage everyone to check out www.bulimiahelp.org It's geared towards bulimia, but might be good in dealing with other eds too.

It was made by an ex-bulimic/anorexic woman, and is realistic, friendly, and equipped with heaps of tools to keep you on track and in control. I feel like it's helping me to get better without telling me I'm an idiot for how I behave or think.

I'm currently focusing on the food log and bettering my eating, but it gets you to look at your state of mind as well. I've picked up a whole lot of things (i.e. when looking at a list of all my binges, feeling beforehand is ALWAYS "tired") and although I kinda knew most of them, it helps to have that concrete proof and then a systematic way to sort out strategies and then follow up those strategies.

It also seems to be a good place to find a "recovery buddie" - people post a profile thingo, and can appeal for buddies in many ways. I see some people text others as a sort of accountability thing, or log in on msn to have a breakfast together at a certain time, or just join up with others as someone that can be called if one person is feeling they need someone to calm them down when they feeli like they might overeat.

There are other things too - please have a look.
