Yes. Either that or a decent act of whom they are trying to be. If you are dressed up as Spiderman for example, shouldn't you at least try and pull one of Spidey's stunts?
Perhaps have those silly string cans under your gloves and have a small hole wide enough to shoot. Either they give candy or they are going to be sprayed with silly string.
