Ive been having this idea in my head for a few days about a book for my steam persona. The book is called the Libri Veneficus and it is one of the worlds ancient powerful magic books. I'll post my designs later, but i need to know something.
You guys know at toy stores, those round, flat, plate things that when you put your fingers on it it makes it look like theirs lightning around your fingers? normally in one color. What's that name of this device? where might i be able to find one?

I don't recall a flat plate version of this, but there's an orbular one called the plasma storm. I've included a link to a webpage where you can buy it, if you want.
