She never had a choice in the situation, which is the fact with many of my Slytherin's." Snape remarked, before gritting his teeth. "Is that all?"

Benny looked shocked
"How could he have done nothing even though she knew she was a deatheater!" Benny thought.
She then looked at Snape black eyes and said
"Everyone has a choice"
Her voice was rising as if she did not have control over the volume of her voice.
"Everyone has the choice to be a deatheater or not! Im sure more people in this school would rather die then ever be a follower for him! Even some of your slytherins!" she yelled.
She only realized several seconds later how loud she was.
"Even we gryffindors, who you think are stupid think-headed gits, know the diffrence between choice and force, and to chose the side of a man who wants to kill people, instead of dying, isn't being smart it's being cowardly."
Benny wished she had taken what she just said back but she did not have much of a choice in the matter. She just stood and waited for him to, probably kill her.

Stupid Gryffendor. Snape thought.
"You are the most idiodic Gryffendor I've met. Not all students have the benifit of seeing things from your perspective. It's the way you've been raised." Snape sneered. "Imagine that you're brought up in a house where you can't have muggle born friends, where parents curse intently and expect you to follow in their steps, and your brought up to believe that there right and everyone is wrong. Tell me now the girl had a choice? She never had a chance to see the otherside of anything. She was already forced into that situation."
((I really hope you like how Snape is defending Meela. I wasn't sure how to handle it. I'm handling it like I would Scarlet's character defense as well.))

Benny looked at him with an offended look but she didn't rage out of control,
she simply said "Professor to become a deatheeater doesn't he has to give you the mark, and if you dont agree he'll probably kill you. Your choices are clear to become a deatheater and ensure yourself a spot in azkaban where if a dementor kisses you, you'll have wanted to die. Your other choice is to die. To be brave and and defend the clean part of the wizarding world. I would chose death over helping him kill innocent people"
Benny did not smirk or smile triumphantly. She stood as she had been standing for sometime. She just starred at Snape an unfathomable expression.

Benny looked furious. She turned from his desk and walked to the door, "Meela wasn't the only coward here Professor." she said as she tried to get the message across to Snape that she was talking about him.
Benny walked out of his office and headed for the Gryffindor common room.

Benny walked as silently as possible as she reached Snape private store she opened the door and looked for the veritasirum. She found it she poured the clear liquid in a small container she brought with her and poured water in the veritasirum container. She walked down the ladder triumphantly. When she turned around there stood snape.

Snape sneered and grabbed the vial from the girl. "I'll be taking that. Breaking into my store-rooms can have nasty consequinces girl." He grabbed her arm. "We are off to see the headmistress and now I will have your expullsion for good."

Benny tried to get Snape to release his grip but it was no use. She then said helplessly but more regretably "Professor Snape, there's a..." Benny paused but spoke again "There's a deatheater in the Gryffindor Common room! It's our head of house!" she yelled as she was still struggling to release her arm.

BEnny was furious as she always seemed to be when she saw Snape.
"Professor if you dont believe me then go there yourself, surely teachers besides the head of house and headmistriss are allowed in our common room?" said Benny trying to surpress her anger as much as possible.

Benny was still furious he only followed the rules when it was a disadvantage for GRyffindors but Benny didnt have time to fight with Snape. Benny nodded grudgingly and let Snape guide her to Mcgonagall's office.
