I like that you have a more natural weight to your figure. The torso itself has a natural thickness to it that is more real then what manga uses. The proportions of the legs and arms are where you need the most work. If the arm was fully extended you have to have the fingers end at the curve of the hips. Even if the arm is extended outward do a sweeping gesture to get a general idea of where your hand is ending up. I am reading that you want to lift the right leg so that the weight is shifted to her left like it is supporting her despite her floating. I wish I had some good reference pics to give you, but what I do have is too large and licensed so I can't really go there. What you can do is search DA for some pose reference photos. I don't know how old you are so I have to say you will find nude photos in there, but there would be clothed as well. That would be something you would want to think over. I don't know what your situation is. Once you get the proportions fixed I would push the pose a little at least. If that one leg is lifted a little it would throw one hip out a little as the other leg hangs.
I am not really good at explaining what is in my head so I did a quickie sketch on my cintique. It isn't nowhere near worked over where it would need to be for a finished piece, but it illustrates things a little better for me. Her head could be just a hair smaller for one.
