Introduction
The world we knew has been gone. Long gone from this new world. What was first a successful civilization is now not more than a crumbled landscape full of long lost cities and forgotten lore. Nobody know how this came. Some say the gods hated the people and decided to wipe them out. Other say that the economy failed and the population run out of hand. A short of food and good medical supplies killed us all, they say. Others claim it were the Russians. But to be honest. Nobody really knows.
You are one of the old ones, a surviver. Or maybe you are one of the new generation. No matter who you are. You have to survive, 36 years after it happened. You have to survive!

Introduction to the students.
This is a RP build up just stable enough to function as a classroom. I invite everyone who has only a little experience in role playing to join this RP and learn. I will give you hints and suggestions about posting style and character bodies. I will not play God but I will be criticizing so now and then. Don't worry. I'll except anyone who wants to learn.
PS I will not kick anyone out for accidentally breaking rules but I might ask to change a post when this broken rule goes to far. Don't worry, I was a newbe once too.

Basic world buildup
The few people who still live in this destructed world are those who scavenge in the abandoned cities and those who live as farmers on the country side. Several groups have gathered trying to take power over the people. This is seldom on a big scale and ofter very corrupt and simple Small scale wars are very common.
Technique is not further developed than it is now. Cellphones will not function and power is not something you will find anywhere. A single car might work but gasoline is expensive and hard to get. A dozen subcultures, gangs, primitive organisations have established themselves. I leave details on that to the players.
Climate is warm and dry. It rains less then it does in our time but often enough to allow farming and drinking. Fights over water are possible. Gas, Oil and food are more likely reasons to try to rule a certain erea.

Rules
No God modding:
This means that you are not allowed to change happenings or bent time. You cannot control other characters and you cannot kill them without first asking the player who controls this character.
PG-13:
This is very simple. Don't post anything you do not want your little brother to see. Nothing that a child under the 13 would find scary or offensive.
No Cybering:
Cybering is having written sex over the Internet. This is not pg-13. I do not want any text describing sex in detail with any character in any way. The simple line “They made love in the attic” or similar is of course allowed.
No long personal conversations who are not a part of the RP
If you have anything to say or to mention than put this in // or (( )) under your post. ´
Posting style.
You will always post in Third person, Past tense. This is the standart for most RPs. I would like no post in anything else than this. No first person and no present tense. ^
Examples.
Good: “He walked through the woods and felt lonely.”
Bad: “He walks through the woods and feels lonely”
Bad: “I walk through the woods and feel lonely”
Bad:”I walked through the woods and felt lonely”

Ehm, I would like to join. Is this okay?
Players Name: Bojiru
Characters name: Joe Reiner
Characters Age: 25
Characters sex/gender: Male
Characters Religion/subculture: Downtowm gangbanger. Joe is in a rather small but powerful gang who rules over the absolute middle of the city. His gang is called Snakes and has shredded leather with a red snake painted on the back as their signature clothing.
Characters Background: He is the one that takes care of business that needs to be kept outside the borders of his gangs territory. (like a hitman/assassin) His parents are dead but he still has a little sister. What happened to her, he does not know. He likes cheese, meat and sneeking up on his victims to kill them. He loves cats and does what he is asked to do, no questions asked.
Picture; I do not have one. But ehm. Dark half long hair and tall. He has a sunburned skin, blue eyes and seems rather slender for a fighter type.
