perhaps that he means that your the girl that hes been waiting for, or it might be that he was talking to his grandmother about how he cares for you and that your the one.
not too sure.

well there are many things that can be assumed or implied, however i will not be as stupid as the others to make and assumption because when you assume; you make and a** out of you and me. (i.e. a**-u-me) so your best chance to figure out what he means is just to ask him what it was he meant by what he said.
