Anyone hear about this?
Lady Gaga is set to re-release The Fame on November 24th. I believe the title will either be 'Monster' or "Fame Monster" I haven't heard much about it.
But I know it will either be extended with new songs or it's going to be a completely new album. I haven't found any official release yet besides this
Either way, new releases are good. And I'm getting it. 4laugh

I didn't see it say re-release anywhere on that tweet, I only saw the word release. I don't know why she would re-release the album anyways. It's not that old and I'm sure she would want to release a brand new album with new tracks. If she releases a re-release I really don't understand that move. People want new stuff. Even if she throws on a couple of new tracks it would not be anything impressive. It is her first album. Normally artists with many albums and a long music history re-release albums because of popular demand. If someone wants to buy The Fame, they will buy The Fame. I think a lot of people would become confused if she did a re-release and say what is going on, why is she trying to jazz up her old first album when she could release a new album? It seems like a step backwards for someone starting out their career... she might as well put out a Best-of album if she's going in that direction! She needs to move away from The Fame and put out something else in order to have a future in the music industry.
With that said, I hope it is a new album! and if it is I will buy it!

perezhilton.com also said it was going to be a re-release.
annnd I just found this
I trust perez, since he's best friends with Gaga. 4laugh He gets the scoop. Haha.
But yeah, I don't understand the re-release idea. :/ I think she should just put out an EP with the new songs. :/ Instead of re-releasing. Her album is only a year old and they're STILL playing her songs on the radio. I find it completely amazing. But I'm still going to buy it. Haha. Or maybe just buy the songs I want on itunes. :/

Well if it is a re-release, I am not buying it. So that's money down the drain for her. However I could understand her lack of recording new songs since she is very busy performing live all the time and being on her tours. I just think that a lot of people will be reluctant to buy something they already own that is a little jazzed up.
