I had a teacher this past year that was an extreme leftist, she was a registered member of the Communist party. I lacked the common sense to stop myself from arguing with her during class or simply whenever I had a spare moment. For my final paper of the year, she said we could write about whatever we pleased and gave us a 15 page max.

I wrote a paper about communism, the impractibility and false logic behind it specifically. It was 15 pages exactly, very well organized, and according to my friends and family would definitely get 100% due to the fact that I was able to use Communist texts to contradict itself. I got the paper back the next day, written across the top was the word "redo" nothing was marked incorrect in terms of punctuation, spelling, or grammer, no other comments were on the assignment.

I showed the paper to my uncle who teaches at a high school in the Portland School district, he said it wad worth an A easily. I wouldn't care if she'd given me a C for disagreeing with her, because I'd honestly expected her to do that, but to not even grade the paper is spiteful. Especially considering how much of her propoganda I've had to put up with.
I would take this up with the department supervisor or the Dean of the school you are in. This kind of bias is totally offbase when it comes to our education system. Activist professors are killing our education system causing young people not to be able to form their own opinions about the political system.

The supervisors and administrative personnel won't do anything. I've run into their kind before. They (mostly women or very effeminate men) will stare at you with doe-eyes like a deer staring into headlights, and tell you they don't understand what the problem is.

There is only one solution for those kind of people, when punishing them by denying money doesn't work. You need to take violent action against them. Now whether or not it is worth the consequences of your actions (a life sentence in a federal, pound you in the a** prison) is up to you.

My leftie teacher of nightmares was not my English teacher--- though she's a big time women's libber--- but rather my history teacher, which is infinately worse in my opinion. Being the only right-wing student in the class I was the target of most Republican bashing jokes. Thankfully most of them were all in good fun.

The problem with a leftie history teacher---especially in A(davaced) U(nited) S(tates) History class---is that you never know when you are and aren't getting the whole side of the story. Grated, my teacher was better about it than some and let me state my opinion, but the slant was painfully obvious.

I completely infuriated him one day to the point of, frankly, a shouting match. I didn't back down. It took him 20 mins to calm down and appologize. All that over a Surpreme Court case from way back when.

Leftie teachers are a pain, but they can be fun if you know what buttons to push and have you facts and arguments ready. I love a good debate.

That's just awful. My school's principal would have a few words with her. I can just picture him hammering into a teacher for that one. Him or the assistant superintendent. I love my district's view on students' rights to free speech.
