Burt's Bees has come out with an acne product line and they're offering free samples at the moment. Go here!
I received mine but I have yet to try it. The ingredients are similar to other acne products (salicylic acid) but it also includes additional natural things like White Willow Bark, Calendula, Tea Tree, fruit acids and borage.
I've never found anything that works well for acne so I'm excited to give this line a shot.
