Welcome to the monthly fan art contest! The senshi / scout of the month is Sailor Venus (also known as Mina / Minako).
Rules of the Contest are simple:
~The piece must be of or about the senshi / scout of the month
~All art and coloring must be done by yourself
~All entries must be posted by October 31st
~All content must be at, or below, a PG-13 rating
~Please post all entries as links or as thumbnails, we don't need any page stretching
~One entry per person
