This is Howardsburrow University. HBU was built in 1864 by Mister Howard Corrison. Back then, what is now the Library was the main education building and the Staff Housing was both for the professors and the students attending. Many changes have come about as the years have passed which have not been limited to only the technological advances or the reconstruction of the campus. Howardsburrow has become a University for everyone of all kinds. It truly is a magical place. A place where one can find adventure and freedom, education, and love. One can never know what they will find. But in this world that has been created for creatures of any kind, the one thing that can bring us all together is what we believe and what is in our hearts.

1. I am the creator therefore I have the right to change and submit the rules as I please.
2. This is a PG-13 RP! So no swearing up the wazoo, no detailed descriptions of violent or romantic scenes. Romance IS encouraged but not required.
3. That means absolutely NO CYBERING whatsoever.
4. There will be no taking advantage of anyone unless it is in that character’s nature and it has been approved by the receiver. (ie: NO GOD MODELING)
5. NO killing a character off unless approved through ME and/or the other character.
6. This a semi-literate RP, so there is no pressure to post some looonnngg butt answer to someone, just try to avoid one-liners...
7. Do Not change they date before everyone else is ready!
8. You may have up to three characters. But if you do have three I ask that at least one of them is a professor.
** If you don’t know what semi-lit means, it’s when a post is readable and not overly and annoyingly filled with instant message speak. Posts are normally 3 lines in length to about a lengthy paragraph.
** If you have to leave let us know!!!! I don’t care where or how you post it as long as we all know you haven’t died or something.
** And if you feel as though this was not the “right” RP for you, PLEASE let someone know so we don’t have people waiting and waiting and waiting for your character to make some movement when they never will.
