So I adopted my kitty when she was about 4 months old. She's now a 6 year old kitty - september 18 -
Now, we all know cats to be independent, right? At least a lot more than dogs.
.__. Well my kitty falls under the category of even the most dependant dogs.
She follows me everywhere, she haaas to sleep with me, I have to give her special food for dinner, and she's so picky about it. I have to insist on her eating by stroking her back and telling her how nummy and fresh the food is.
The moment I take a step on the staircase, she immediatly goes off running upstairs to the single and only room up there which is my room - then take over the bed and wait for me to come up. Then she'll meow and stare at me or knead on my leg until I look down her way and cuddle her, or pick her up and put her on my lap.
*she meows a lot for attention the whole day btw*
This is my everyday *whenever I'm home at least*
When I leave for long periods, she starts to eat less and becomes less active. At times, she'll vomit even, as well as drink less water.
Leaving was inevitable though. I left from NYC to go to school at Las Vegas, where my parents were planning to move at the time *and now live at*
Even now, she is meowing at me from my bed and making her way onto my lap as I type this. I think she's jealous of my computer. Of my piano and gameboys as well.
For reference, she's good and healthy now that I'm with her again. Eats well and drinks aaa looooot. *I have a water dish for her here in my room, since she's here a lot and it's so isolated from the rest of my house.
Second reference, we do have another kitty. Mother's cat. Is almost a year younger than her. They used to play back in NY, but now they're just so territorial since it's a new house.
; ~ ; So, are some cats just this way?
Here's us only days I think before I left for school
