My first piece of brand lolita was bought when BTSSB in san fran opened. I got an umbrella and a headband. My first non-brand loli was a skirt that i bought at fanime in the artists alley before i knew what to look for in the way of the shape of the skirt. its a gorgeous fabric, and i'm currently altering it to have a bustle back so that it has enough fabric to accommodate proper pettis... But it was still my first.

hm I'd say the first lolita item I bought was a mini top hat from Bodyline... I goes great with some of my gothic lolita themes heart

I was lucky enough to go to japan with my family for a relative's wedding. I got to go to a shop that sold all Lolita clothing and bought a two skirts, an apron, and a little hat. heart
