Physical Description:
Allia is thin, with no curves worth speaking of. She may or may not be a late bloomer who will fill out later on, but for now she's utterly unremarkable. Her face is plain, if a little sharp, and she has wide-set brown eyes and mousey brown hair. Her complexion is average for Pern.
Personality:
Allia is constantly overwhelmed by life in a Weyr. Surrounded by so many people, all trying to work their way through Igen's politics, it's hard for her to know where to start or what to think. Where she'd once been content and comfortable in a Cothold, the 'alien' envrionment of Igen has been difficult for her to adjust to. She doesn't know anyone here, and could do with someone to show her the way and look out for her.
Allia, however, has difficulties admitting when she needs help, especially to strangers. Instead, she sits back and tries to puzzle her way through it on her own; she'll succeed eventually, but it takes her some time. Whether or not that will be the case this time remains to be seen, but for now she's holding out. Socially, she's friendly and receptive if approached, but isn't proactive in seeking interaction. Until she's become more comfortable in her new life, potential friends will need to come to her.
Though confusion dominates as she tries to get settled in, just under the surface is someone determined to succeed. Once she's found her place, her confidence will return to her in full, and if she Impresses? Anyone who thinks women should only ride golds will be met with fierce defiance.
History:
Up until she was Searched, Allia had never left the Cothold she was born in. The third child in a string of six (five of them daughters), she had no great asirations in life. She figured on a very normal one, as a matter of fact - get married, have kids, and be happy with it. When a dragonrider came calling, though, that all changed. Maybe she could be more. Maybe she could ride a dragon! Not that she could ever Impress a Queen, but no one else needs to know that right now.
As yet, Allia has not joined a gang. She remains Neutral, waiting until she understands things better and can make an informed choice.

Other/Talents: As a middle child, Allia has cultivated talents in patience, observation, and mediation. She's also an excellent child-wrangler and babysitter, and has a fair knowledge of 'girl' things - basic cooking, sewing, etc.
