It stands for Cecilia Cershiro
First of all it fits her initials "C.C"
Second of all C.C is chinese
P.s theres a guild that doesnt know lelouch is alive and theyll kick u out if u think hes alive... lol noobs...

NorthEastFire I'm pretty sure that they never mentioned it anywhere in the show. As far as I know, no one actually knows. I've always thought it probably had something to do with snow or winter, though, because of her "What does snow turn into when it melts?" question. That's just my theory, though. In Furuba, Hatori says the same thing. I don't think it's an original quote...
