well first they have to know you, then they have to know about your decision making skills, your choices of judgement, and many other things....if you earn it you earn it...if you try to be a responsible member then you may become a responsible mod.

mostfully in this guild its lady sickness who choses the mods. she is my older sister type person and she used to live with me and she knows im responsable so thats how I got my spot. 3nodding
