Biography: Roka use to live by the sea with his family. Toru, his last name, means sea. which is where his family stayed by for generations. Roka was the oldest of 3 boys and 1 sister of a small village. When he was 9 a large storm made its way to Roka's village by the sea, the storm tore the village apart and Roka was caught in the water and swept away from his village and family. A few days later he had landed up on a boat, he snuck into a large box on the boat and hid until he found himself ready to depart. He had gotten out of the box in the Johto region, arriving in Cherrygrove. From there he lived his life, in a small, secluded house, away from the civilization, but still close enough to interact with people. He decided to start his Pokemon journey when he turned 23.
Personality: Kindhearted, warm, courageous, inspiring, somewhat headstrong, wise.
