I'm sorry if this is in the wrong forum.
Okay, so I used scupley a decent amount. And I've never burnt it, before today.
I had it baking for the normal time I always do, but they all burnt slightly. Not enough to turn black, but the color is browned a little. (The bright yellow is more like a dark Yellow ocher now.) Is there any way to clean them off, or should I just paint over them and watch them closer next time? (Although they didn't look burn when I pulled them out, only after they cooled did they brown.)

Your best bet might to paint over it or add a thin layer of clay over it if the areas are mostly one color.
Glass Attic has some remedies that you can read over though some of them are just the above or using the burning as embellishment: http://www.glassattic.com/polymer/MainPages/baking.htm#remedies
