Ongaku University
Onagku college is a music and performing arts college placed within the Ikebokuro where many of the artistically gifted cats tend to migrate to. The college of course being full of college student is always feeding the residing cats and finds them to sort of be their graceful mascots. The students love the cats and a good few of them will often sit with the student as they study out on the laws of the campus.
’Auditions’
Auditions will be held every month in a half, which cats must show their worth to be in the University. Each must show a considerable amount of talent in a subject, anything between playing the violin to marshal arts, unless the cat is mated to another respectable member of the University, then an exception is made, but each cat must make themselves known. Customs that enter in the university as their territory will automatically be accepted but will not be put on the list of members until they have had an audition, and will therefore be considered 'live In's' and not considered in many territory RP's. EVERYONE MUST APPLY, PERIOD, and if you are not willing to do an RP that is REQUIRED FOR GROWTH, then the University is not for you.

Masters of the territory
Alice~
Alice is mainly a dancer, even though she is also talented regarding stringed instruments, particularly cello. She is the co-founder of the university and a good friend to Remi (the original founder), and most of those she meets. When Remi is off being the child he is (which is 99 % of the time) she takes care of the university in his absence. Alice holds classes at the university for students of exceptional promise, teaching them what little she knows of visual and preforming arts.
Her mate is the lovely Dhiren, who keeps her head out of the clouds and her heart in her chest. He may not seem much too many but he is hers and that’s all that matters. Alice runs the territory out of love and the ‘golden rule’ she does not show force to the people under her, rather suggests certain pathways for them. She knows first hand about learning from mistakes and the value you get out of making them right.
Dhiren~
Dhiren has no real exceptional talents to speak of. He's Alice's mate and is quite proud of that. He tends toward the grumpy jealous type due to his mainly hermit background, so he's pretty protective of her. He has a deep-ingrained hatred of humans, so living at the University with her is a little unnerving still. He's slowly getting used to it, though. Alice has plans for him to eventually run a section that's still in the works, and between that and caring for her, Dhiren will be attending fighting and defense classes on his own. If defending Alice and those that share their territory is all he'll be good for, then Dhiren want's to make sure he can actually be of some use in the area.
Remi~ {RETIRED}
Remi is the Fearless Leader of Ongaku University, or would be if he was ever there. A violin prodigy with a strong sense of morals and an easygoing trust in other people, Remi would have been born to lead had he not been cursed with the attention span of a gnat, the inability to take situations seriously, and a penchant for running off on madcap adventures. As it is, he's hardly ever around, always questing after something or off causing a rumpus somewhere, usually without any warning to the rest of the territory. He leaves Alice in charge when he goes, not on purpose, but just because she's the next senior member. When he is around, he hardly seems to run things, but just seems to enjoy hanging out. He's the founder of Ongaku University, a crackerjack musician, and a daring adventurer, but as a leader he is absolutely, positively useless.
Ocassionally a gifted student at the Univeristy will attract his attention, and he'll take them under his wing. This isn't often due to the way his last close confidante left him, leaving Remi either unwilling or unable to form close bonds with people, but when it does happen, he teaches them to the best of his ability and sticks around the University longer than he would otherwise.
