Mainly because sometimes you dont get enough of it and you feel tired all the next day. On the flipsde, you can get too much of it and still feel tired the rest of the day. The other day I slept in until 5pm (dont know how) and ended up staying up until like 3am the next morning, with school at 9am. I slept like 2-3 hours if at all and then went to school from 9am until 6pm. I was so tired that driving home on the highway was frickin scary. Mainly because there were a buncha other people driving around my sleepy self, and I was having trouble focusing on driving. I've heard of people falling asleep at the whell, but I didnt know it could happen before the sun went down xd Now, I did make it home safely, and what did I do? go right back to sleep, only to wake up at 1:30am lol. At least I don't have school tomorrow...

yeah thats most likely the case. im not a morning person, and yet I signed up for classes at 9am, which means I have to get up at like 6-6:30 so i can shower and eat and wake the heck up before I leave. After a summer full of not having any obligations I could see how the bod-clock could become askew lol.

I'd say at least once a week...I just don't sleep at all.
Last night I didn't go to bed I just stayed up till 9am and went to the bank then went to buy something, got home around 2pm.
Went to sleep until about 8pm.
Now it's 1am, and I'll be up until at least 7am XP I work midnights so thats the norm.
