 Anyone here attending Gallifrey One next year, or has previously?
In case you don't know what it is, it's a Doctor Who convention in LA.
If anyone is going or decides to go now that I've talked about it, I would LOVE to schedule a Gaia Gathering during the time there.

I wish I could go, But I live too far away and don't drive. Just never got my licens lol. I would love to see some pix from the con though.

Never been there. Went to Her majesty's Entertainment in Chicago a couple of times back in the '90's, though.
Don't suppose DT will be next year's big guest...?

Hmm, we're getting Five and a ton of writers.
Georgia Moffet's gonna be there, and, my friend and I think that possibly DT could go because Five as been going to Gallifrey for a long time and they were both at Comic Con and Five may have talked about it. Go to the website, the guest list is updated regularly.

[I really wanna go. Might be able to convince my parents to let me, I only live in a neighboring state. I've never been to a DW convention, but it's one of my life goals to make it to a few]

GO! It is AMAZING. Like, it's a very small convention so everyone hangs out and you really get to know people over the weekend.

Is there a convention directory that lets me know of any Doctor Who and Torchwood cons in my area? I live in Michigan so theres a lot of nothing going on here.

I think there's a Chicago DW con called TARDIS? I dunno. If you find a local Comic Con, they'll have Doctor Who stuff, but Doctor Who cons are pretty rare.

I think there is one in Utah. My best friend lives there and she said something about a scifi con she attended. She's in salt lake.

yeah, you can find a comic/sci-fin con anywhere, but Doctor Who ones(only for DW and it's spin-offs) are rare

Eirwyn did a con thread up in Chatty Kathy last year I think. Go dig for it. It'll have names and links, and from there you may find new up-to-date information.
Peter Davison is a good con guest! xd He's fun! Not as outgoing as Colin, but very cool!
