How do you sleep? Some people like to sleep on their sides, others on their backs, and others on their stomachs. And there's other patterns besides that! So what's yours? ninja

I have to be on my stomach to fall asleep. I usually stay that way, but sometimes I turn on my side or back once I am asleep.

Either on my back or on my side, and once in a while but not that often on my stomach. I move around a lot while trying to fall asleep and I don't even know which position I'm in most of the time when I fall asleep. If I wake up before I'm ready to wake up, I end up moving around again trying to get comfortable.

I just started sleeping recently by (here we go xd ) by bridging on my head, which oddly enough even if I arch my back randomly while sleeping it somehow takes some of the pressure from the small of my back which is there while I am laying on a level matress.

Hm... if you're having back problems, maybe you should see a massage therapist/chiropractor?

I sleep on my side (usually my right) but I can't really sleep unless I make a blanket coccoon with the blankets tucked under my feet and all.
