Sorry haven't posted in a few days-I haven't been doing that great |: But I've been super busy D:
Today was.. Okay, I guess
Woke up, ate breakfast [Turkey sandwhich on wheat bread] Walked/limped around town with a friend-not sure how far Came home, did Jullian Michael's 30 Day Shred-Level 3 (I had to do a lot of the easier version due to leg pains) Went to the Jake's <3
Dinner was deer, and a baked potato
I just had a few bannannas and some turkey [I was hungry <,<]

Today was a nice day; I woke up and went to Jake's-spent the entire day with him [asides from when he went to work]
Black beans! <3 4small reese cups; 2 chocolate eggs |: 4 homemade slices of pizza his mom made (I know this was healthy, though) And I had a few glasses of Lactaid
I wanted to do 30 Day Shred, but I'm really tired ________________________________________
I thought if I made a set of goals to accomplish/keep up, it would help me stay on track, maybe. So, here a'goes
:Stop eating after 8pm :Eat balanced meals :Exercise before goign to Jake's (I'm ALWAYS tired when I get home)

Sorry I haven't been on in a while. I've been super super stressed with school and stuff. My math teacher is a b***h that hates everyone and CAN'T TEACH. My boyfriend and I had a small dilema, but it is now resolved, thank goodness. [He picked me up right out of the blue tuesday (: ] Sooo.. Nothing much has happened since my last update. I haven't really made any sucess on those goals Ilast posted.. I have, however, started eating more.. balanced? I suppose. I eat lunch now-which should keep my metabolism kicikin' booty. Haha
Today was Region Meet for Cross Country. I wanted to shoot myself the whole 3 miles. D: I took a week off about two weeks prior to this, so it really messed me up. [Shin splint in my left leg]
I got on the scale today, it said 136ish. But I'm also on my period.. so that is not really reliable. I really wish it was true though ;-;
Tomorrow my boyfriend and I are going to a halloween party together for a friend of our's band. It's a costume party. He is dressing as Solid Snake from Metal Gear Solid. I'm going as Link from Legend of Zelda. I even got elf ears!
Food for the THURSDAY Breakfast: Half sandwhich of PB and coffee Lunch: South Beach Living Protein Meal bar Dinner: Nasty Zaxby's Grilled Chicken Sandwhich. Disgusting!

Season is over for CC-gotta start training for soccer, now. I will continue running and working out (:

I usually weight more when I'm on my period, because I'm all bloated-like.
Anyway, sorry about the shin splints... Those suck so much.
I have a question though, what's Turbojam?

Turbo Jam is an exercise DVD where it's ... well I'd say it's probably the best one out there. The exercises are fun and it's easy to step them up. A friend of mine's lost a lot of weight by doing the Turbo Jam exercises a few times every week and eating better.
