That sounds like Mexican food.
A lot of things in Arizona are in Spanish Like saguaros And cholla And the Mogollon Rim (this weird rock formation thingy... we have lots of those : P)
Long Island is all Native American named.
It's a hella fun reading road signs.

We have a Bohemia here.
