 That's so weird. I normally don't look around too much, and lo and behold it's a drawing of a friend of mine!
Very nice! The folds look a little out of place, but overall it's a good piece. :]

but her legs seem out of porportion.

But I honestly really like your proportions and such. :3
A very curvy and sensual female body. ;D
Those are my most favorites.
The clothing folds do look a bit out of place on the shirt, and possibly her left breast from our view needed to have the line at the bottom curve out a little more to even it up with the other breast that looks slightly larger?
I honestly do very much so like this piece, especially the coloring job as as I have said earlier, the body looks nice. ;3

I love the coloring and most of the body proportions. It's very nice.
But, the knee that we see bending bothers me a bit, because it's too curvy and more like some clay doll knee. The folds do look out of place, but it's very nice that you attempted to do them (unlike me, who sucks at them).
And am I the only one who is bothered my the enormous breasts? They seem just a tad too big to me. At least, compared to her body. I know that it's 'in' to draw busty girls (Tite Kubo you're not helping!), but... gonk
Overall though, it's really good. Nice shading, and anatomy and coloring <3
