Miles followed behind for a moment but caught up. Hearing her and looking ahead for a moment. Feeling the small bug pokemon crawl around his neck to the side closer to Gracie. "Battle first?" saying in a half thought. Bean cheered with another noise as Gracie smiled at her. Quickly though Miles looked over with a smile "Really?!" kind of excited of when she said about bug pokemon. Just hearing that he felt a little at ease. Nodding his head to the words soon after about Butterfrees. Now glancing over to his own Caterpie "I find them very cute too." speaking in agreement.

Gracie looked at Miles. "I was kind of shunned when I walked over to my neighbor's house. They have quite a few." Gracie giggled and looked at Vulpix. "Vulpix loves to chase the beedrill and Butterfree." Vulpix looked up. "Vulpix!" He said Happily. "We should battle right now." Gracie said. She was getting excited.

Miles smiled at the thought of bug pokemon. "Shunned, eh?" quietly repeating as Gracie went into why. "Such a brave Vulpix." Miles nodded in agreement. Beedrills never were that friendly and had nasty tempers. Walking a little more as he heard Gracie ask to battle. "Now? Here in the town square?" looking around for a moment. It was big enough for a battle. Making a shrug "Why not? Let's have a little battle."

Gracie smiled. "Alright!" she exclaimed as she skipped over enough to give them enough room to battle. Vulpix ran over to her and sat at her side. "Would you like to choose first?" She asked as she looked around. There were people staring their way. Gracie was really excited now. "Three on three okay with you?" She asked as she juggled her three poke'balls.

Miles stopped and stood where he was. Placing himself better as he took in their small in town battlefield. Looking up when hearing Gracie call to him. Glancing over to Bean at the three on three. Bean sat on his shoulder and made a little cheer. Making Miles smile but nervously. He didn't like the thought of putting Bean in. She didn't know much and nor was she fast in anyways. Plus there would be no where for her to go. Biting his lip back for a moment of unsure. "Sure!" finally calling out. If it got bad, he would forfeit Beans spot. Miles reached for a pokeball on his belt. Tossing it hard into the air "Let's do it Bruiser." as the ball opened and returned back to Miles' hand. Standing in place was his Haracross. Speaking it's name fast and setting itself for battle. Hearing Caterpie make an odd cheering noise. Miles looked over his pokemon's shoulder and nodded for Gracie to go.
