It's active on the weekends. Specifically Friday and Saturday night at around 8 or 9 PM eastern time.

shouldnt be specific times that its active should be active most the time

If you mean active as the server is running then yes, the server is constantly on, then that would be a yes. But if you mean active as in there are people playing in the server then that would be a no, and there isn't much we can do about that.
The server is always on.

then more people must be brought on and the current people who play need to actually be active on there so its not just a big ******** waste of money

i know this but thing is i have school but i find time to play whenever possible even if only at night time there is always some time to play

Pagen, don't start PMing me about the server being dead because you have your account set to friend's only along with your profile...thus I can't reply.
Another thing, maybe if you checked the server at night everyday, then maybe you would see that we DO have people playing. Don't b***h to me about how it's a "******** waste of money" because it's not. I try my BEST to advertise for the server, but this guild is hopeless about it. No one really joins the server from this guild. I have to advertise in an Orange Box thread elsewhere to get it popular. On the weekends, usually the evening time, the server is booming.
