All of these movies I've seen and I'm pretty big on the religious movies. (By big, I mean, interested.) What got me into it was reading "The Da Vinci Code" and that led me to "Angels and Demons" A little while back ago, my boyfriend had been trying to get me to see this movie (Dogma). I didn't want to see it at first mainly because he mentioned that the creator of Clerks did the movie. After I saw the actual movie in a DVD store and looked over the basic story on the back and actually looked pretty damn good. However; Passion of the Christ I was dragged to see by my dad. I didn't want to see it, I hated it, I resented him for it but looking back on it now......I still have the same feelings I did before.
Of course my boyfriend thinks that Passion was "the best movie ever" even though he's not a religious nut. Is it wrong for me to not enjoy that movie?

It has been a long time since I watched The Passion of the Christ, although I do remember crying. Dogma remains an all time favorite of mine. I love it's complete irreverance.

Personally, my favorite religious movie is pure fiction. Time Changer, Campy and cheesy.........but very entertaining.

That was a movie? @Apple. How did it suck? I'll admit that it's not as good as the book though (of course that's normally the case with book/movies.)
